I was born in Botswana, I studied dentistry in the US and have now been practising dentistry for 20 years.
I moved to New Zealand in 2006 after working in Botswana for 8 years followed by a short time practicing in Australia. I enjoy and practice all areas of dentistry and I'm passionate about saving teeth. I get great pleasure from getting my patients out of pain and putting the smiles back on their faces.
Trent Zhang

Team Dental is very happy to welcome Trent Zhang to our Team Dental Bealey Ave Team.
Trent completed his dentistry studies at the University of Otago. He is excited to be joining the Team Dental team in Christchurch. Trent enjoys practicing all aspects of general dentistry, he strives to provide a holistic approach to the care he provides and likes to ensure that his patients have a full understand the treatment that is provided and the options available to them. He will be welcoming all new patients.
Michele Sutin
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Michele Sutin is an American trained hygienist and received her degree in Dental Hygiene from Middlesex College in 2002. During her career she has worked in many different settings including private practice, public health, and hospitals.
Michele enjoys educating patients. Her goal is to provide comprehensive treatment. She finds it rewarding to make a difference in her patients oral health.
Outside of dental hygiene, she is passionate about her family, animals, baking, and human rights. She loves Christchurch and is grateful to be working with such talented and caring colleagues that provide quality care at Team Dental.
